With more than 17 years of experience in Health and Social Care, including work in mental health services, homelessness services, learning disability services and domestic abuse services, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges faced by organisations and their staff. I’ve worked in direct support and management roles with adults in a variety of settings, have held development and strategy positions within local authorities and private providers and have worked in consulting roles, supporting local authorities to create and implement industry best practice. This hands-on experience, combined with a background in policy development and a focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion, informs the practical, relatable training I provide.
