About Me
Hello, I'm Andy!
I'm the owner and lead trainer at Unjumble Training.
I started Unjumble Training in 2020 because I realised that sourcing certain training at a manageable price can be a real challenge, especially for smaller organisations. I think that it's vital that staff working with vulnerable people have access to high quality training and development services, but that increasingly in-person training is impossible to justify, which I believe has significant impact on the vital work that these organisations do in our communities. In-person training should not be seen as a luxury, or an additional extra.
I aim to provide affordable, practical and meaningful courses. Can't justify a full day course? No problem, I'll develop a bitesize version for you. Want a course to include real case studies from your place of work? No worries, just let me know!
I have worked in Health and Social Care for over a decade, including time spent working directly with adults with a range of support needs in a number of different settings. I then moved into development and strategy roles with local authorities and private providers, and spent time developing and providing training courses internally for several years before branching out into private delivery. I have been involved in the development of policy and have experience of supporting organisations to consider matters of equality, diversity, inclusion and equity. I bring my own frontline experience to my training, and always aim to make the course practical, relatable and useful.Â
